We use professional digital machines to produce our antennas, so we are able to guarantee the highest precision and quality of the antenna as well as durability, solidity and reliability.
The materials we use to produce antennas are high quality.
The main pipe is made of polished acid-resistant steel marked 1.4401.
The closure from the top of the pipe, unlike the caps pressed into the pipe with a gasket, was made in such a way as to guarantee no water getting inside even after several years of exposure to various weather conditions.
The poles are made of FIBERGLASS material resistant to UV radiation and strong winds, so we can confidently guarantee wind resistance up to 140 km/h.
The fastening lines are also made of UV-resistant Kevlar.
The base of our antenna is an annealed, powder-coated aluminum plate with a thickness of 6 mm, characterized by greater resistance
to impacts and deformations, as well as strength compared to ordinary aluminum, which is used in the production of other antennas. This type of aluminum is also called aviation aluminum.
Cable holders are made of plastic because they are safer, more comfortable and do not constitute a potential source of rust, as may be the case with galvanized clamps,
and additionally, it allowed us to reduce the weight of the antenna.
Our antennas are not made using a welding machine,
therefore, there are no welded elements, which guarantees a long service life of the antenna.
Unfortunately, every weld, even the best one, loses its properties over time and corrosion occurs at this point.
